TRANSMASTERS

I've had a problem with my Ram Promaster that 2 other shops couldn't fix. Dave diagnosed the issue and fixed it. So far, not a single problem! Very happy with the level of professional service and how he took the time to really look at the issue instead of just randomly replacing parts.

These guys did a stage two rebuild on my 4L60e trans in my 2001 Silverado. They’ve truly gone above and beyond what any other shop would’ve done in my experience so far. They quoted me a price at the beginning of this whole thing, none of that “oh we’ll let you know a price when it’s done” garbage. They have run into multiple snags along the way and still managed to make it happen for the agreed price. 10 out of 10 never using anyone else for trans work.

I've had such a great experience with Transmasters! They've been so helpful and compassionate. They've explained everything, answered all my questions, and helped me during a very stressful time when my transmission went out. They also go the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of even after the service, inviting you to come back for even the smallest concern. I highly recommend them!

Could have easily lied and told us our transmission needed to be replaced, as many other shops told us we’d need to do. Ended up fixing our car for way less than we expected, gave us daily updates, and they have a very kind-empathetic staff. If your car is having transmission problems, this place will tell you the truth! Thank you, Dave!

If you’re looking for honest, knowledgeable, and reliable service, TransMasters is the place to go. Their professionalism and expertise are second to none. I called right before closing, around 5:00, and after just explaining the problem over the phone, Dave immediately called it out within seconds—he said what it sounded like, and he was exactly right. The next day by noon he had it diagnosed, and it turned out to be the torque converter. I’ve been to multiple shops before, and none of them could even point me in the right direction. Within a few hours, Dave knew exactly what it was and had the solution. Some people might say repairs can be expensive, but you simply can’t put a price on this level of knowledge and accuracy. The communication, diagnosis, and repair were all top-notch. They had my truck fixed within a day, and I couldn’t be more grateful for how smooth and professional the entire process was. I trust these guys completely and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
